From equipment to the full plant

Buy the power infrastructure you need—at the level you need it.

PrimeVariant is built around a product-and-integration model. We can supply one critical equipment package or assemble the complete customer-owned power plant around your data center’s electrical handoff, schedule, reliability target and site constraints.

01

Complete Packaged Power Plants

Integrated generation, storage, renewable, electrical and control architecture configured around the customer’s load and phased energization plan.

  • Single- or multi-unit generation blocks
  • MV/HV balance of plant
  • Protection, controls and commissioning
02

Major Equipment Packages

Project-critical equipment sourced as coordinated packages or individual scopes, with emphasis on schedule certainty and compatible interfaces.

  • Turbines and generator sets
  • Transformers and switchgear
  • BESS, solar and auxiliaries
03

Grid-Support Control Architecture

Controls and operating logic designed to keep critical data-center load isolated from flexible grid-support actions behind the meter.

  • Import / export profile management
  • Fast load-shed coordination
  • BESS transient response
04

Renewable + Storage Integration

Solar and BESS are integrated where they improve economics, emissions profile, ramping performance, resilience or grid interaction.

  • Solar generation
  • Battery energy storage
  • Hybrid dispatch strategy
05

Productive Flexible Loads

Optional industrial processes can be sized as dispatchable non-critical load—creating useful output in normal operation and grid relief when called.

  • Site-specific useful-output processes
  • Fast curtailment capability
  • Recovery sequencing
06

Commissioning + Handoff

Integrated testing, startup coordination, controls validation and documentation to turn the assembled package over to the customer or its chosen operator.

  • Factory and site acceptance support
  • Integrated controls testing
  • Customer turnover package

Grid-supportive architecture

Support the grid without curtailing the racks.

PrimeVariant can coordinate grid service, on-site generation, BESS, solar and productive flexible load into a controlled campus power profile. The objective is simple: when the grid needs relief, shed the non-critical process load first while generation and storage continue supporting the critical data-center bus.

CONTROL

Coordinate power sources and flexible loads around a stable critical-load boundary and the project’s interconnection requirements.

Campus loads

Critical Data Centerprotected load path
Productive Flexible Loadrapidly sheddable non-critical process
Auxiliariescooling / plant / site systems
Normal operation

Hold a deliberate grid profile while generation, storage, renewables and flexible processes are dispatched for cost, reliability and operating objectives.

Grid stress event

Selected non-critical load sheds quickly; BESS bridges fast transients; on-site generation carries the critical bus; grid draw can fall substantially.

Recovery

Flexible processes return in sequence, batteries recharge and the site transitions back to its normal operating profile without intentionally interrupting critical compute load.

System behavior, response time, available grid relief and critical-load continuity are project-specific and subject to detailed engineering, utility/interconnection requirements, permitting, OEM capability and operating procedures.

A different commercial model

We sell the power system. You own the asset.

PrimeVariant is not positioning itself as the long-term owner, financier or operator of the customer’s power plant. We deliver infrastructure to data-center owners, developers and project entities that want control of the asset and freedom to select their own capital, EPC and O&M partners.

PrimeVariant delivers.

We can act as the equipment supplier and integration layer across a complete plant package.

ArchitectureLoad, handoff, reliability, phasing and grid-support concept.
ProcurementOEM sourcing, commercial comparison, long-lead reservation and logistics.
IntegrationElectrical interfaces, controls, protection and balance-of-plant coordination.
TurnoverCommissioning support, documentation and handoff to the owner/operator.
The customer controls.

Asset ownership remains with the customer, developer or its chosen project entity.

OwnershipCustomer retains the physical power asset and long-term value.
CapitalUse the owner’s preferred financing, tax structure and investment partners.
OperationsSelect internal staff or the O&M provider that best fits the project.
Energy strategyAvoid tying the project to a PrimeVariant ownership or power-sale requirement.

Critical equipment + supply network

Engineer around the equipment that can actually arrive.

Large power projects are increasingly schedule-constrained by manufacturing capacity, allocation and long-lead electrical equipment. PrimeVariant develops multiple qualified supply paths and can package equipment around the customer’s required-on-site dates rather than treating sourcing as an afterthought.

One coordinated procurement stack.

We can work from your existing one-line and equipment specifications, or help create the plant architecture first. Our goal is to give the project a credible primary path and qualified alternates before schedule pressure becomes a crisis.

How we deliver

Start with the critical load. Engineer backward.

01

Define

MW/GW load, energization date, ramp, redundancy, power quality and customer handoff.

02

Architect

Build the generation, storage, grid, renewable, flexible-load and electrical concept.

03

Source

Compare qualified equipment paths for lead time, price, compliance, service and bankability.

04

Integrate

Coordinate interfaces, protection, controls, factory documentation, EPC scope and logistics.

05

Commission + Hand Off

Validate the integrated system and turn the package over to the customer or chosen operator.

Execution lineage

Infrastructure discipline built in the field.

PrimeVariant builds on predecessor and team experience delivering specialized electrical and lighting projects for public agencies, educational institutions, commercial facilities, sports venues and industrial users. That field history informs how we approach specifications, procurement, contractor coordination, commissioning and owner turnover.
